Build Trust Through Honest Communication

Kindness, openness, and honesty build the strongest relationships. It is critical that team members act with integrity in all of their relationships. That our partners – teammates, members, credit unions, vendors – are treated well. When we trust each other, we are able to challenge each other, to encourage each other to do a little more, to dig a little deeper, and to improve each day. We can do all of this because trust does not place blame. Trust says, if I was in your position, the problem would have still have occurred. Working together, we can understand it and fix it.

This is respect, trust, and honesty. They are the foundation for how we work together.
