Mortgage Center $100 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all members of Mortgage Center who enroll in paperless services including E-Statements, Paperless T&I, or 1098 forms with Mortgage Center starting from April 22, 2024, through December 31, 2024.

Participants are eligible to win only once during the promotion period.

Employees of Mortgage Center and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The Contest is limited to members of Mortgage Center with active mortgages that are in good standing at the time of entry.

2. Promotion Period

The contest begins on April 22, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024. Entries that are submitted before or after the contest period will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

Eligible participants are automatically entered into the contest upon successful enrollment in all of the paperless communication services. Registration for e-statement delivery must include all applicable options for the entry to be considered valid.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

4. Prize Drawing

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received each month.

The number of gift cards awarded monthly is as follows:

• Month 1: 5 gift cards
• Months 2 & 3: 4 gift cards each
• Months 4 & 5: 3 gift cards each
• Months 6-8: 2 gift cards each

A total of 25 gift cards will be given out during the promotion period.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within one week of the drawing.

Each winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card, which will be personalized and sent separately from the winning notification.

All participants will be notified via email monthly that winners have been selected.

7. Prize Conditions

The gift card is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

Winners may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within a specified period, or the prize may be forfeited.

8. General Conditions

Mortgage Center reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Mortgage Center's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Mortgage Center in its sole discretion.

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to abide by the official rules and decisions of Mortgage Center, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

9. Compliance with Legal Obligations

Mortgage Center will comply with all applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and any other legal requirements.

The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Record retention: Mortgage Center will maintain the name and last known address of each prize recipient, as well as the prize awarded, as required by law.
